An ’80s Vogue pattern editorial stars Yasmin Le Bon in sorbet coloured, easy-to-make jumpsuits for hot summer nights.

The patterns are Fast & Easy Butterick 3279 and Very Easy Very Vogue 9564, made up in textured brights: hot pink silk cloqué from Stylecrest Fabrics and yellow polyester from John Kaldor.

Sewing tip [B3279]: Lengthen pants to below ankle.

Sewing tip [V9564]: Lengthen back ties, tapering to a point.
