This Sunday is the centenary of the Armistice of 1918, marking the end of World War I.

On the November 1918 Delineator cover shown above, two women wear military uniforms that could be sewn from a Butterick pattern. (Also pictured in the late Joy Emery’s book.     I wish I had the entire 1918 Delineator magazine shown in the first image. I own just the cover which is ready to be framed. I love historical garment information; thank you for posting these.

    The Hathi Trust has bound volumes of Delineator from 1918. The November cover is missing, but look here for the entire November 1918 issue: https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=iau.31858046092296;view=2up;seq=300
    To find any issue before 1922, go to Hathi Trust and search for Delineator and the year. Narrow search to Journals. Usually there are two volumes per year. 1918 is Vols 92 and 93.
