To mark the last day of Wimbledon…

Interwar pattern catalogues often feature tennis outfits on the cover. The American artist Rico Lebrun went one further with his McCall Quarterly cover for Summer, 1930 by including a men’s tennis match in the background, as well as one player ready with her racket and tennis whites.
